Dusty Rusteze (born December 31, 1947) is Rusty's brother. They were both the CEOs of Rusteze after they sold Rusteze to billionaire Sterling. Sterling wanted to end Lightning's career of racing but then Tex Dinoco bought Rusteze in 2017. Dusty appears in Cars and Cars 3.
