Luigi is the one who gives Lightning McQueen and Cruz Ramirez new race tires before a race. Luigi's best friend Guido is Lightning McQueen's only pitty. Luigi is part of McQueen and Cruz's team. He is in charge of helping Guido give tires to Lightning and Cruz. He also analyzes the statistics of Cruz and Lightning's awareness on the track if they is fit and ready. He was born in Italy in 1962. His parents were Carlo (b. 1933) and Franca (1934-2020). He grew up working in his uncle's workshop with Guido. The two were both die hard Ferrari fans.
